Managed SOC + MDR for Distributors

Your MSPs sell security. We run the SOC behind it.

Omni-SOC enables distributors to offer a fully managed SOC + MDR service through their MSP and IT partner channel — either as a flexible core or as a complete managed stack with leading EDR, Perception Point, and Wizer. Operated from Israel and Australia, with the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX.

Enable your MSPs and IT partners to resell managed security to their end customers — without building a SOC, hiring analysts, or competing with your own channel.

Managed security for your channel

A complete operating model for partner-led cybersecurity

OMNI-SOC gives distributors, MSPs and IT integrators a practical way to deliver managed cybersecurity without building a security operations centre from the ground up. The service is operated by Cyber NCS Ltd., part of NCS Cyber Group, from Israel and Australia, with the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX, in Bulgaria. Partners keep the customer relationship while gaining the people, processes and technology needed to monitor, investigate and respond around the clock.

Who the service is built for

The platform is designed for cybersecurity distributors developing a managed-services line, MSPs adding SOC and MDR to their catalogue, and IT integrators that need a credible response capability behind their existing customer relationships. Delivery can be white-label or co-branded. Partners with an established security stack can retain it through the vendor-agnostic OMNI-SOC Core model, while those seeking a turnkey offer can use a managed stack assembled for consistent deployment across customer environments.

What is included

The operating service covers 24/7 SOC monitoring, analyst-led alert triage, managed detection and response, incident escalation, containment support and compliance-ready reporting. Depending on the selected model, partners can add endpoint protection using EDR/XDR, email security including SPF, DKIM and DMARC controls, Microsoft 365 security and backup, security awareness, and vCISO support. Group technology partners include Acronis, Check Point Harmony, Sendmarc, Perception Point and GoodAccess.

How partner delivery works

Each engagement starts by aligning the commercial model, service boundaries and escalation path. Technical enablement connects the agreed tools and defines the operational playbooks. A first-customer pilot then validates onboarding, communications and reporting before the service is rolled out more widely. Regional teams handle day-to-day operations, while severe incidents and deeper detection engineering can escalate to the DIAMATIX Tier-3 team. The result is a repeatable service that partners can position and manage under their chosen brand.

Operational and customer outcomes

Partners gain continuous security operations without carrying the full burden of analyst recruitment, shift coverage and platform engineering. Their customers receive monitored protection, structured escalation and reporting that can support NIS2, DORA, GDPR, Israel Privacy Law Amendment 13 and the ACSC Essential Eight. The service is intended to turn separate security tools into an operating capability with clear accountability and a defined response path.

FAQ

Partner questions

What exactly does OMNI-SOC deliver to a distributor or MSP?

OMNI-SOC is the partner SOC and MDR platform of Cyber NCS Ltd. We operate a 24/7 SOC and managed detection and response service that distributors, MSPs and IT integrators resell to their own end customers, delivered white-label or co-branded under the partner's brand.

Is the service white-label or co-branded?

Both. Partners choose between a fully white-label delivery, where the SOC operates silently behind the partner's brand, and a co-branded model where OMNI-SOC is named alongside the partner. Reporting, portals and customer communication follow the model you choose.

How does partner onboarding work?

Onboarding runs as a structured launch programme: commercial and delivery model alignment, technical enablement of your team, a pilot deployment with a first end customer, then scaled rollout. Your team is trained on escalation paths and reporting before the first customer goes live.

Do partners have to replace their existing security stack?

No. OMNI-SOC is vendor-agnostic. Partners can bring their own EDR and security tooling, or take a bundled stack. Group partner technologies include Acronis, Check Point Harmony, Sendmarc, Perception Point and GoodAccess.

What coverage and response commitments are in place?

Monitoring is continuous, around the clock, every day of the year. Alerts are triaged by analysts rather than passed on raw, and confirmed incidents move straight into a defined containment and escalation path agreed with the partner.

Where is the SOC operated from?

OMNI-SOC is operated from Israel and Australia, with the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX, in Bulgaria. Cyber NCS Ltd. is headquartered in Netanya, Israel, with CYBERNCS (AUST) PTY LTD in Melbourne.

Can the service support compliance requirements?

Yes. Reporting is compliance-ready and maps to frameworks partners are asked about most often, including NIS2, DORA, GDPR and the ACSC Essential Eight.

How do we start a partnership conversation?

Use the partner inquiry form on this site, or contact ops@cyberncs.com. A partner walkthrough covers the delivery models, the channel operating model and the launch plan for your first customers.
