White-Label SOC & MDR Partner Program for MSPs

OMNI-SOC is the SOC and MDR platform of Cyber NCS for MSP partners: OMNI-SOC runs 24/7 monitoring, detection, investigation and response through the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX, while the MSP keeps the customer relationship. Partners choose one of three delivery models — Invisible SOC, Co-Branded SOC or White-Label SOC — which differ only in whose brand the end customer sees. End-customer package prices are published on the pricing page; partner pricing is provided on request.

What is a white-label SOC for MSPs?

A white-label SOC is a security operation delivered by a specialist provider under the MSP's own brand. In OMNI-SOC's White-Label SOC model, reports, dashboards and customer communication carry the MSP's brand only. OMNI-SOC operates the SOC behind the scenes while the MSP maintains the customer relationship.
