Different MSPs — or even different end customers — can use different delivery models.
How each delivery model works in practice
Every OMNI-SOC delivery model runs on the same operation: a 24/7 security operations centre that monitors endpoints, email, identity and cloud telemetry, investigates alerts and takes containment actions, backed by the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX. What changes between models is who the end customer sees, whose brand is on the reports, and who owns the day-to-day customer relationship.
Invisible SOC
The distributor and MSP work with OMNI-SOC directly, while the end customer only ever deals with its MSP. Alerts, escalations and monthly reports are routed through the MSP, which keeps full control of the account. This model suits MSPs that want to add 24/7 detection and response to existing contracts without introducing a new name to their customers.
Co-Branded SOC
The MSP presents managed SOC as its own service, delivered in partnership with OMNI-SOC. Naming a specialist SOC operator alongside the MSP helps in security-sensitive sales and compliance-driven tenders, and it is usually the fastest way to launch: the MSP can sell from day one while its own security team grows.
White-Label SOC
Reports, dashboards and customer communication carry the MSP's brand only. OMNI-SOC operates the SOC behind the scenes, and the MSP builds long-term equity in its own security brand. This model fits established MSPs and IT integrators that want a complete security practice under their own name.
All three models share the same escalation paths, compliance-ready reporting (NIS2, DORA, GDPR and ACSC Essential Eight) and vendor-agnostic integrations, so a distributor can offer every model across its MSP base and each MSP can move between models as its business matures.

Delivery model FAQ
What is the difference between Invisible, Co-Branded and White-Label SOC?
In the Invisible SOC model, OMNI-SOC works only with the distributor and MSP and is never visible to the end customer. In the Co-Branded SOC model, the MSP presents the service as its own offering, delivered in partnership with OMNI-SOC. In the White-Label SOC model, reports, portals and communication carry the MSP's brand only, while OMNI-SOC operates the SOC behind it.
Can different MSPs or end customers use different delivery models?
Yes. A distributor can run all three models in parallel. Each MSP chooses the model that fits its brand strategy, and an MSP can even apply different models to different end customers.
Does the SOC service change depending on the delivery model?
No. Monitoring, detection, investigation and response are the same 24/7 service in every model, with the group's central SOC & MDR hub (Tier-3), DIAMATIX. Only branding, reporting presentation and who communicates with the end customer change.
Can we switch delivery model later?
Yes. Partners often start with a co-branded model to launch quickly and move to white-label once their own security practice is established. Switching changes branding and reporting, not the underlying SOC operation.
